“21 New Outlooks” Tribute to Greek short films of the past Decade

On the occasion of Andros Film Festival’s 10-year anniversary, we showcase short films by Greek directors who haven’t yet produced feature films.
21 NEW OUTLOOKS is a two-day tribute showcasing 21 Greek short films that were produced within the past decade: 4 documentaries, 5 animation films and 12 fiction (live action) films.
The films will be presented during 2 screening sessions, with each screening lasting two hours. The short films cover a wide range of film genres and are grouped into four themes: MEMORY – LONELINESS – LOSS, FOCUS ON THE YOUTH, STRUGGLE FOR SURVIVAL, HEROES ON THE KNIFE’S EDGE. Two themes will be presented at each screening session.

-Star fallen (2017, 2,5′, directed by Alexandra Tagali, animation)
-Na tous diavaso poiimata (2022, 24′, directed by Alexis Chatzigiannis, fiction)
Financial support vouchers for Andros Film Club: 7 €
Entrance vouchers are available at the theatre box office from 10am-2pm and on the day of the screenings from 7.00pm at the Cinema Avli.
