The World’s Top 3 Film festivals Travel to Andros
At the "Cinema Avli" of the Cinema Club of Andros

On 9 August 2024, Ciné Avli open-air cinema in Chora, Andros, will present 3 Greek short films of the past decade, which have been screened and/or awarded at the world’s top three film festivals; in Cannes, Berlin and Venice.
The following films will be screened:
-The Chaos She Left Behind (2023, 33’, directed by Nikos Kolioukos, fiction), which received the 2nd Cinéfondation Award (Best Student Film) in this year’s Cannes Film Festival;
-Vancouver (2021, 26′, directed by Artemis Anastasiadou, fiction), which received a Special Mention of the Generation Kplus International Jury in Berlin International Film Festival 2022;
-Patision Avenue (2018, 12′, directed by Thanasis Neofotistos, fiction), screened at Venice Film Festival in 2018.
Financial support vouchers for Andros Film Club: 7 €
Entrance vouchers are available at the theatre box office from 10am-2pm and on the day of the screenings from 7.00pm at the Cinema Avli.
