Villa Perivoli is a recently renovated luxurious 150 year old mansion located in Livadia village of Andros. The original stone walls and arches have been kept and transformed into spacious accommodation to meet the needs of an international upscale clientele. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people. The property sits among a 3 acre orchard filled with citrus and olive trees and has its own organic vegetable and fruit garden providing fresh produce for the guests. A walk through the property will enchant you with the fragrances of fruits and blossoms. The house also has a swimming pool where you can relax on the sun loungers, read books or swim.
The villa is just a 15-minute walk from Andros Town. The surrounding area is filled with hundred year old tall cypress trees, fertile farm lands and fruit orchards. Also, there is a stream running just outside the property which ebbs out into the sea of Paraporti beach, a 20-minute walk away, ideal for swimming.

Relaxation and Comfort in a Charming Orchard Retreat
The Main House has a large living room with an open dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The living room leads to the front main veranda with a beautiful seating area overlooking the orchard where you can relax and next to a large family dining table.
On the upper level of the main house there are two large bedrooms:
The primary bedroom, with a king size bed, a living area and an en-suite large bathroom, opens out to a front veranda with a stunning view of the fruit and olive trees.
The Second bedroom on the same level has 2 twin beds that can be moved together to create a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a loft sleeping area for two under a high ceiling (the perfect place for kids to stay).
The Front Guesthouse features a small open kitchen, one bedroom with a queen size bed and its own bathroom. The living room was designed to be a seating area, which can easily be converted into a sleeper couch for one guest.
The Pool Guesthouse, is built on the upper level next to the pool. It is a comfortable, open space with a queen size bed, a small living room and its own bathroom.
